CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Branch Manager for a leading financial institution and credit union based in Prescott, Arizona. This individual will be responsible for leading branch performance, cultivating meaningful member relationships, and ensuring an exceptional banking experience.   • Position: Bank Branch Manager
  • Location: Prescott, AZ (On-Site)
  • Type: Direct Hire, Permanent Role
  • Pay Rate: $80,000 – 83,000/Year
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM


Responsibilities for the Bank Branch Manager:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team while fostering a culture of exceptional member service and accountability.
  • Drive branch growth by developing business strategies, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase production and profitability.
  • Oversee all daily branch operations, including staffing, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit expectations.
  • Build strong partnerships within the local community and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to enhance the member experience and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements for the Bank Branch Manager:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of financial services experience with a strong background in sales, member/customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience with a proven ability to coach, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success driving branch growth while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and strong organizational performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues professionally.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) registration; cash handling experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Prescott, AZ, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.
