Description:

Grizzly Security Armored Express is seeking to fill a Cash Vault Clerk position in our Helena, MT Market. This position encompasses all aspects of cash processing, inventory controls and includes office duties. This position includes but is not limited to the unrestricted physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lifting of items weighing from 30-55 lbs. This position is typically Mon-Fri and requires some flexibility to work 8-10 hours per day.


Responsibilities

  • Manually load processing machines with loose cash for counting and sorting.
  • Package and audit currency for quality and accuracy; this includes packaging bagged currency.
  • Verification of customer deposits and preparation of outgoing orders.
  • Auditing and balancing of vault inventories.
  • Monitor machine function and clean or light repair as needed.
  • Maintain and replenish production supplies.
  • Maintain inventory control.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
  • Office duties which include answering phone calls and operating Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strictly adhering to the policies and procedures of Grizzly Security
  • Other duties or special projects upon demand
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position
  • Stand, walk, bend, squat, lift, climb etc. (up to 8hrs per day)
  • Lifting of items weighing up to 55lbs
  • Regular exposure to moderately loud noise and exposure to running machines
  • Ability to complete basic math (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Ability to complete daily inventory and paperwork
  • Aptitude for computers and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Aptitude and ability to learn and apply production, small machine repair and maintenance.
  • Present a professional image at all times while on duty.
  • Interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good ethics and integrity.
  • Banking experience is a plus.
