Assistant Branch Manager:
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in the overall performance of the branch, including sales, collections, and team development.
This role helps drive daily execution, supports coworkers in meeting expectations, and assists with maintaining a structured, results-focused branch environment. The Assistant Branch Manager may provide direction to coworkers, help coach the team, serve as a leadership support role, and may help run the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.

  • Assisting with team leadership and daily follow-up
  • Holding coworkers to clear expectations with guidance from the Branch Manager

  • Setting a professional example for coworkers through urgency, organization, and accountability
