We have partnered with a financial service provider on their search for a flexible, Assistant Branch Manager with strong leadership qualities. In this role, you will support daily branch operations, deliver exceptional member service and help lead a high-performing team environment. The ideal Assistant Branch Manager will bring a combination of banking, financial services, or retail leadership experience along with strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.


Major Job Functions

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Support the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day branch operations and ensuring excellent member service

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Supervise, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve operational and service goals

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Assist with employee scheduling, training, performance management, and workflow coordination

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Handle escalated member concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Promote financial services products and services while identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and banking regulations

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Assist with cash management, audits, reporting, and branch balancing activities

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Help maintain a positive, team-oriented branch culture focused on service excellence

The ideal Assistant Branch Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing.


Other requirements for the Assistant Branch Manager role include and are not limited to:
