Job description

Responsible for assisting the Branch Operations Manager in supervising branch operations, managing customer retention, mentoring and developing branch staff and working with other department to support the growth of the Bank. Provide leadership, advice, coaching, and education of CSRs and ASRs. Assist the BOM in branch operations such as customer service area, account services, loan applications and closings (where applicable), facility management, vault/safe deposit and branch capture. Assist in customer management and retention, promotion of bank products and services, implementing sales initiatives and incentive programs, as well as training, mentoring, and development of staff. Promoting bank products and services. Balancing of teller drawer and maintaining satisfactory ASR Quality Control percentage. Manage and oversee other miscellaneous duties such as ATM maintenance/replenish, coin machine, cash advance machine, branch capture, wire transfers, handling customer complaints, and various reports. Community involvement by participating and promoting Impact days.
