Requirements:
  • 2+ years assessing customer needs or resolving issues
  • 1+ year leadership experience
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and compliance controls
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to work most Saturdays
  • Must meet Loan Originator (LO) regulatory requirements
