Your day to day as an Assistant Branch Manager


In this role, you will assist the Branch Manager and help oversee branch operations, from managing daily activities to ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, monitoring office activities, opening new accounts, supporting, and overseeing consumer lending and loan production, cross-selling products, recruiting new members, and leading by example for other branch employees.

Additionally, you will lead and coach employees to drive staff retention and productivity while upholding the credit union's high standards. As a key player in executing Strategic Plan objectives, you'll collaborate with the Regional Team and upper management to achieve goals.

The Assistant Branch Manager position is based out of the Columbia area and requires travel, as needed, to all Columbia area locations, as well as periodic travel to other branches including in Aiken, Orangeburg, Florence, and Charleston to assist other branches in their efforts to help our members with their financial needs.
