Selling Branch Manager Job Summary: 

PrideStaff is looking for a seasoned dynamic B2B sales expert to join our team as a Selling Branch Manager. The Selling Branch Manager requires a self-starter, goal oriented, energetic team player to successfully meet the needs of our clients and business. The Selling Branch Manager will mainly focus on sales, and overall team management. The ideal Selling Branch Manager has a solid B2B or Sales background, preferably in the staffing industry, is detail oriented, has strong relationship skills, and strives to exceed sales goals. The Selling Branch Manager is a full-time, direct hire position in Fort Myers, FL. 


Selling Branch Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate New Sales & Reactivate Dormant Clients to Meet The Branch’s Overall Revenue, Gross Margin, & Net Profit Targets 
  • Target & Meet With Prospective & Current Local Businesses to Grow Market Share & Secure New Placements 
  • Develop & Maintain a Pipeline of Business Leads, Turning Them Into Active Contracts, & Maintain High-Level Relationships With Key Decision-Makers 
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Office Functions, Guide Internal Team Performance, & Ensure Company Policies Are Followed 
  • Create Localized Sales & Marketing Plans to Maximize Branch Profitability & Community Presence 
  • Lead Daily Morning & Afternoon Meetings, Directing The Team on Current Staffing & Business Needs 
  • Help Guide Internal Recruiting Team With Candidate Interviews, Filling Job Orders, & Ensuring Quality Candidate Placements 


Selling Branch Manager Job Requirements: 

  • 3+ Years of Outside Sales Experience Preferred With a Clean Driver’s License Required
  • Solid Knowledge in Light Industrial & Administrative, Clerical in Your Local Staffing Market
  • AA Required, Bachelor’s Degree is Preferred, But Can be Substituted For Similar Experiences
  • Must be Willing to Visit Local Current & Future Business Opportunities
  • Knowledge of Bullhorn, Staffing Laws & Wages Preferred But Not Required 
  • Must Have Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to Make Independent Decisions & Exercise Sound Judgment That Follows Company Policies to Ensure Profitability
