Job description

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Selling Branch Manager to lead and grow our staffing operations in the Charlotte market. This role combines sales leadership, business development, and team management.


The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building client relationships, and leads by example by actively generating new business while managing branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and client meetings
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing staffing agreements
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of recruiters and sales professionals
  • Develop and execute branch growth strategies to expand market share
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and ensure branch revenue and placement goals are achieved
  • Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure delivery of qualified candidates to client

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of staffing industry experience (required)
  • Proven track record of business development and revenue growth
  • Prior leadership or branch management experience preferred
