Branch Team Leader (Working Branch Manager)

Location: Eagan, MN

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (plus rotating on-call)

As a Branch Team Leader, you’ll own the success of the Eagan branch—balancing leadership, sales, operations, and customer service. This is a working leadership role, meaning you’ll manage the branch while actively working a desk and contributing directly to results.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be accountable for both people and performance, with responsibilities that include:

Driving branch profitability and achieving financial goals

Hiring, training, developing, and retaining top-performing branch staff

Leading daily branch operations while actively working a desk

Building and managing client relationships through solution-based sales calls

Reviewing and analyzing branch metrics and KPIs on a weekly basis

Recruiting and maintaining a strong applicant pipeline to ensure employee levels remain at 150% or more of weekly working employees

Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and employees alike

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, adaptable leader who can think strategically while moving quickly.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience)

3–5 years of experience in sales, office operations, or management

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team

Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for work-related use

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment


Preferred Experience:

Sales or marketing experience in the staffing industry

Above-average computer and technology skills

SEEK was founded in 1971 by Carol Ann Schneider, CPC, SPHR, a Grafton, Wisconsin resident. The name SEEK was derived from a combination of initials in Carol’s family. It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
