SkillsetGroup is seeking a Branch Supervisor/Manager to work in the city of Austin, TX area . The ideal candidate will supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch, including the sales, P&L, and business development. This will be a 1st Shift position and a Direct Hire opportunity. Job Title: Branch Supervisor/Manager
Shift : 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay: $55-65k/yr. (may be able to go to $70k)
Location: Austin, TX
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
  • 3 years' experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager in the security systems, overhead doors, access control gates, or door operator industry.
  • Manage and oversee 1 other person (branch newly opened - adding 3 more this year) all branch operations and day-to-day.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Supervision and counseling of all inside Sales representatives.
  • Help drive sales volumes.
  • Control purchasing costs and inventory loss.
  • Oversee customer service and customer retention using best practice methods.
  • Motivate and guide Sales staff to continually improve personal job performance.
  • Work with CFO to set, meet and review financial objectives set forth by Upper Management.
  • Discreetly monitor local competitors.
  • Handle all escalated calls/emails from Sales team, to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.

For this position, training will take place in the Grand Prairie office for 2 weeks.
