Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions and contributing to the overall success of our company. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events.
5. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
