Experience level: Minimum 1 year of Sales and/or Legal Intake Experience
Shift: Regular Business Hours (Pacific Time Zone Preferred)

Seeking a Legal Intake and Client Success Superstar!
David Austin Law is an entrepreneurial real estate and commercial law firm on track for aggressive growth, and we are seeking an experienced legal administrative assistant and client intake coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time position which has the potential to become full time.
We want to be known for helping our clients achieve peace of mind by assisting them in building and implementing plans to protect themselves, their families, and their legacy. We also personally guide clients with expertise, empathy, and humility when life doesn't go as planned.
We are growing fast, and we need an intake and client success specialist who can hit
the ground running.
As our firm continues to grow quickly, this position will require multiple employees, which may allow the right candidate to move into a managerial position.

Necessary Qualifications:
At least one year in retail or professional sales (legal services, financial services, and real estate)
Comfort utilizing Zoom, Microsoft Office, calendaring platforms (like Google Calendar), Slack, CRM systems, and ClickUp.
Ideal but not necessary qualifications:
Experience in law firm client intake, real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or other professional services intake (like financial services or real estate).
We love to (and will) help people learn and grow. However, we require an intake and client success specialist with experience facilitating clients from intake to file closing and beyond. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand holding. Even more importantly, the candidate should be able to document the processes and tasks they complete to review with the firm’s owner.
There is the potential for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.
This position is expected to become full time for the right candidate.
