Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Customer Intake Specialist to join our Home Medical Equipment Department in Bolivar, Missouri - someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details
  • Status: Full Time
  • Work Shift: Days
  • Hours: Mon -Fri, 8:30a.m -5:00p.m

What Your Day Looks Like: Home Medical Equipment proudly serves 8 counties in southwest Missouri. Our services include respiratory( oxygen, c-pap equip and all supplies needed), mobility services including( walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and scooters), bath aids, crutches, compression hosiery, and lift chairs. HME also has a mastectomy dept. We work directly with patients and their providers to properly bill for equipment. We also provide delivery and set up of equipment as well as education of equipment. While we have many dept's within HME, we all work together to strive to exceed the expectation of each patient.
As a Customer Intake Specialist, you will be:
  • Assisting in-store customers with questions and purchases
  • Placing orders on computer for patients/customers and CMH facilities
  • Obtaining all required documentation for the equipment/supplies to be delivered to the patient
  • Facilitating patient understanding and conduct appropriate follow-up

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Customer service
Skills: Communication
Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 60% of the day and sit for the remaining 40%
