Job Details



Successfully closing deals as per individual sales/revenue plan within a defined timeframe
Working with the VP of Sales to set quarterly and annual sales goals, presenting strategies and backup plans to achieve your goals
Effectively managing sales processes, budgets, and timelines
Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting
Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
Align with others internally at to drive flawless execution of contracts
Identify opportunities for upselling and new opportunity selling and effectively partner with them to drive new contracts

Requirements
Technical background (minimum undergraduate degree in a STEM field), preference for life sciences, engineering, or computer science
Minimum of three years experience working in a selling role with a proven record of sales
Moderate understanding of AI/ML applications and the drug discovery & development process
Relationships in the pre-clinical pharma industry
Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Some background/familiarity with early-stage growth company environment is a plus
