The Branch Relationship Manager position is responsible for the overall deposit growth of the Milford location. This role will be involved in developing branch staff, outside calling and actively participating in the delivery of all financial services provided by CenterBank. You will get to develop and maintain personal banking and business banking relationships within the community and will be a lead proponent to develop new personal and business deposit and lending opportunities with current and potential customers.

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the financial services field, preferably with some prior supervisory responsibilities. Experience in overseeing the operation of a branch/office of a financial institution.
