Job Summary
As a District Manager (Solar Door-To-Door Sales Manager) for Team Sunshine, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by leading a team of canvassers to generate leads and set appointments for home solar consultations. You'll be responsible for coaching, motivating, and managing a team of canvassers to meet and exceed appointment setting targets. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for renewable energy. You'll develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to maximize lead generation and appointment setting, provide training, coaching, and support to canvassers, monitor and evaluate their performance, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments and maximize conversion rates. Maintaining accurate records of leads, appointments, and performance metrics is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of canvassers to generate leads and set appointments for home solar consultations.
- Coach, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed appointment setting targets.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to maximize lead generation and appointment setting.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to canvassers to help them achieve their targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of canvassers and provide feedback to improve their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments and maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications: - -Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- -Strong communication abilities and a passion for renewable energy
- -Ability to develop and implement effective canvassing strategies
- -Experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- -Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus
