Position: Import/Export Coordinator
Status: Temp to Hire/ full-time
Pay: $18-20/hr
Duties: This position carries out all customer service activities such as data entry, quote, billing, responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling issues in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. This position is to ensure smooth clearance and delivery to the import/export customer.
Requirements:
- Associate or higher degree
- At least 1 year of office experience required
- CS/Operation experience in Freight Forwarding field preferred
- Japanese bilingual is preferred but not required
