📍 Location: Charleston, SC -Open to New Grads and Experienced Nurses
💵 Salary Start: $29.62/hour

🌟 Join Our Team: Inviting new graduate RNs to a unique StaRN Residency Program offering specialized training in Med/Surg units (Oncology, Ortho, Trauma, Neuro & General).

Program Overview:

• Part 1: StaRN Training (5-8 Weeks): Classroom training, simulations, certifications, and charting systems training. (Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week)
• Part 2: Clinical Preceptorship (7-8 Weeks): Hands-on training at the hospital with one-on-one preceptor guidance, development meetings, and coaching.
• Part 3: HCA Residency (Remainder of 1st Year): Transition to full-time roles, mentorship, monthly meetings, and completion of an evidence-based capstone project.

Requirements:

• 🎓 Graduate from an accredited nursing school within the past year.
• 🩺 Current SC RN license or multi-state compact license (or ability to obtain).
• 📝 Program requires a 2-year full-time commitment with potential monetary responsibility if not fulfilled.
• 🌟 Strong communication skills and self-motivation essential.
