Physician Practice Manager

OSI - Medical Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager for Physician Vascular Practice to oversee the daily operations of our client's medical practice. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing fiscal operations, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the efficient delivery of healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, medical terminology, and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice

- Manage fiscal operations, including budgeting, financial management, and billing

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Coordinate with physicians and staff to optimize patient flow and ensure quality care

- Monitor and evaluate practice performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with managed care organizations to negotiate contracts and ensure reimbursement

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare management

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar role in an acute care or hospital setting

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, systems, and procedures

- Excellent fiscal management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis

- Familiarity with managed care contracts and reimbursement processes

- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
