We are seeking a dynamic, EXPERIENCED and highly organized Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy healthcare practice. This pivotal role involves overseeing administrative functions, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing practice efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in medical office management, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and be passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Manage fiscal responsibilities by preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing financial strategies to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Supervise medical administrative support staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and fostering professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare laws to protect patient privacy and data security.
  • Handle human resources tasks including staffing schedules, conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics related to utilization management and medical management to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
