Private cardiology practice seeks an experienced Medical Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and handle billing and collections. The role involves moderate patient interaction and an in-house billing processes to maintain an efficient and well-organized practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cardiology practice
  • Supervise and support a team of 1-3 employees, hire and train new employees as needed
  • Oversee all aspects of billing and collections of the practice
  • Ensure efficient personnel management and workflow coordination
  • Maintain compliance with medical office standards and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical practice management
