Job Summary: The Practice Supervisor oversees daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality patient care, and staff support. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative teams and ensures compliance with organizational policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: The Practice Supervisor supervises clinical and administrative staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback as needed.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily practice operations and staff workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Address staff and patient concerns promptly.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems efficiently.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or related field preferred.
