Pay Range: $62,476.00 - $88,248.00 per year

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:
The Practice Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily operations of the assigned practice site. The Practice Supervisor serves as a lead in the practice for staff and patient matters. The Practice Supervisor ensures that policies and procedures are implemented promptly and efficiently.  The Practice Supervisor works collaboratively with the Practice Administrator and other internal stakeholders to ensure the practice meets overall performance and satisfaction expectations in order to achieve an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a primary care or specialty setting, required
  • Knowledge and experience in patient registration, billing, management of front-end staffing settings
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with EHR Systems and software applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 

Preferred:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a supervisor, preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Assists Practice Administrator and /or Regional Manager/Director in the oversight of the daily operations of assigned practice site
  • Serves as practice lead for staff, patient, and internal stakeholder matters and escalates to resolution as appropriate
  • Ensures front office efficiency, monitoring patient flow, and providing excellent patient care service
  • Assists senior management, providers, and internal Medical Group departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations in the standardization of best practices and processes
  • Occasional travel may be required to other sites for coverage as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
