Job description

Position OverviewAssumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports. Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate.
