What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy multi-location medical practice
- Lead, mentor, and support office staff to ensure a positive and productive workplace
- Monitor practice operations and financial performance
- Help maintain efficient workflows and high standards of patient care
- Partner with physicians and leadership to achieve operational goals
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous medical practice management experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience overseeing practice operations and financial performance
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Ophthalmology or optometry practice experience is highly preferred
