Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to become part of our team! You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Convey services to consumers in-person or over the phone
Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide best solutions
Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and professional demeanor

Company Description

We are a flooring and shower remodeling company, we service valley wide. Positions are available for Glendale, Camelback, and Tempe. We are looking for candidates whiling to work weekends, we have a 32 hour schedule. Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday. We offer commission after successfully passing our 45 day probation period, with growth within our company opportunities.

Our wages are set in 3 levels.
Level-1 $16 an hour throughout the probation period
Level-2 $16 an hour with 2% commission after graduating from the probation period
Level-3 $18 an hour with 3% commission
