Account Executive

We are currently hiring an experienced Account Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Partner with our clients and their attorneys to provide a financial relief to them while their attorneys are working cases
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from plaintiff's and attorney utilizing Five9 telephony system
• Maintain all data (leads, deals, contacts) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and utilize CRM to effectively manage your pipeline of leads and existing deals
• Build strong relationships with Attorneys and their staff as well as the plaintiff's
• Work closely with Customer Care Agents, Regional Account Executives as well as other departments to ensure clients receive World Class Service
• Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as client needs evolve and case volume changes
• Deliver unparalleled value, excellent service and provide a positive client experience
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of Inside Sales experience with steady inbound and outbound call volume
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and generate sales on the phone
• Driven to meet goals, generate results, and overcome obstacles
• Advanced business acumen and understanding of sales
• Successful negotiations, presentation, and problem solving skills
• Accurate and professional written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Ability to think and act independently within a fast paced multi task driven environment
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM
• Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred
