Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary: 

The Dot Corp is a printing, fulfillment, mailing, and digital solutions service company located in Orange county. We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team, selling into Non-profit, healthcare, local and state governments. This inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable in making cold calls, working with the outside sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Pay: $60k base + Sales Activity Bonus structure of $10k - $40k+/ year

Duties / Responsibilities: 

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

• Qualify inbound leads to verify alignment with team goals

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

• Use AI and other tools to build inbound leads through content generation

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects

• Identify customer needs and requirements

• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate executive for further development and team closure

• Work with partners to clearly articulate solution benefits

• Work with sales team to build pipeline and close deals

• Track record building new and maintaining existing customer relationships

• Demonstrate services and products

• Track KPIs milestones and all activity in CRM

• Support other functions as assigned

Experience & Education: 

• 2+ years of sales experience and business development

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field experience preferred

• Healthcare / Wellness / Lab testing experience is a plus but not required.

• Direct Mail experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong phone presence 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills
