Job Summary

From our Marketing Team, which spends millions of dollars on lead generation, to our Training Department, which has a combined 50 years of experience, we are dedicated to helping you master this craft.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Average 20-30 calls per day with an expectation of closing 25% of inbound calls
  • Identify the needs of prospective customers and sell the motor vehicle contract that best protects their investment
  • Strive to successfully complete a one-call close
  • Masterfully overcome objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics
  • Persuasively educating consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract
  • Remain open to constructive feedback, training, and mentorship from managers and leaders
  • Work effectively as a team player, contributing to a positive environment
  • Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Key to Success

  • 1–3 years of experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and contract-selling skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solver with strong active listening and rapport-building abilities
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics
  • Resilient and adaptable—able to bounce back from setbacks and stay motivated
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a desire for continuous growth and improvement
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer savvy with experience using CRM systems
  • High school diploma or GED required

Compensation is 100% commission, and the average salary ranges from $ 125k to $ 150k annually.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods; repetitive motions; use hands to handle equipment or controls; reach with hands and arms; typing on keyboard; viewing computer screen extended periods; speak clearly and hearing
  • Regular use of typical office equipment, computer software, programs, and methods of communication such as a computer, e-mail, phone system, and messaging.
  • In a remote work environment, being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job. Camera/video usage is required.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
