This contract expanded their business, with offices in New York and New Jersey, and the need to hire a significant number of employees to staff these locations. Panakeia is looking for Customer Service Reps to support our team in East Hanover, New Jersey and Holbrook, New York. This role will report directly to the Branch Manager in the East Hanover office. In this role, you will answer phones, respond to emails and provide customer service support relating to branch operations, patient requests, and equipment. You will coordinate with patients to schedule service and delivery of equipment, provide administrative support to the Branch Manager based upon current projects and initiatives; and be responsible for drafting correspondence, generating reports, reviewing data and processing supporting documentation as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a High School degree or equivalent, some college preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to understand and articulate services that we offer. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
