RECRUITER

ALL CLEAN SERVICES is looking to hire a Full-time Recruiter for offices in the Maywood, IL area. We are professional, rewarding and collaborative.

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL throughout our Chicago locations.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct research and utilize various recruitment sources to identify potential candidates
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for open positions
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes

Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or a related field
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, or similar platforms
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Note: This position is Full-time in the office for the 1st 90 days. After successful completion of your probationary period, the role could switch to a 3:2 hybrid model (in-office/remote).
