Description:

We are seeking a socially poised, motivating team builder who is comfortable taking certain risks. This individual is a problem solver who likes change and innovation. Must possess the ability to make strategic decisions while working in multiple facets of the business to achieve the branch’s Key Metrics. This person will lead and interact with employees at the field level as well as with customers directly. We are seeking someone who aligns with ABC’s core values. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. This includes managing a team of technicians, salespeople and customer service representatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards, providing excellent customer service, and growing the branch’s revenue and client base.


Requirements:

Team Management:

Hire, direct, supervise and develop technicians, sales, and customer service representatives that are assigned to the branch.

Assign work schedules and routes to branch staff.

Provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet the goals and objectives set by the company.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.

Ensure staff compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Lead weekly team meetings centered around building culture and aligning the team around company goals.


Service Delivery:

Ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients within the specified zip codes/territory.

Evaluate staff performance and customer satisfaction.

Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions within the specified zip codes/territory.

Maintain and develop a continued knowledge of the service lines he or she manages.

Maintain sufficient product quantities for technicians at each branch

Foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation


Compliance and Safety:

Stay updated with local, state, and federal regulations related to the industry.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and licensing requirements.

Oversee proper handling and disposal of chemicals and equipment.


Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.

Evaluate regular client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the branch budget.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.

Achieve key objectives in regards to growth, margins and employee retention.

Collaborate with the management/leadership team to set reasonable goals.

Assist with start-up, development, and growth of other new branches as needed.

Will be required to develop an understanding of financial reporting functions such as budgets, commissions, margins, forecasting, etc.

Sales and Business Development:

Possess the ability to make sales by following ABC’s sales processes.

Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and potential customers, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff members.

Cross-sell additional services to existing clients to increase revenue.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of services provided, client interactions, and employee activities.

Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with the management/leadership team to set and enforce performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals.

Branch managers will be conducting meetings with employees including reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions including terminations.

Computer literacy required for running reports, analyzing data, etc.

Performs other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Previous Pest Control experience preferred.

Experience in a leading position and demonstrated ability in motivating groups is preferred.

Demonstrable track record in meeting and exceeding company goals and targets

Must be able to communicate with members at all levels of the organization and customers.

Ability to forecast work seasons and personnel needs.

Detail oriented with the ability to organize department work flow and create solutions for production and administrative problems.

Dependable and self-motivated with desire to work year-round.

Ability to use and navigate electronic tablets/phones, etc.

Computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and excel.

Ability to work flexible hours and handle on-call duties as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WITH OR WITHOUT ACCOMMODATIONS ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time in extreme temperatures including outdoors.

Crawl under homes on your knees.

Repetitive lifting, twisting, pulling, pushing and carry up to 50 lbs. may be required.

Ability to handle and climb a 40 feet ladder.

Wears respirator according to OSHA requirements.

Some travel may be required.

DRIVER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to drive a vehicle with automatic gear and enter and exit a truck.

Using a company vehicle drives to customer’s property; spends a large part of the day driving and meeting with customers and employees.

Responsible for the maintenance of company vehicles such as tire conditions, tire replacement whenever needed, checks for condition of brakes, gets oil change done on a timely basis, etc.

Follows safety protocols while driving, respects driving regulations and codes and reports all work related injuries immediately to HR or Division Manager.

Complies with vehicle policy agreement.

Maintain a good driving record.

Report any auto accidents to Management within 1 hour of the accident.

Must maintain an active Texas Driver’s license.


Pay: 65,000.00 -85,000.00 +Bonus
