Job Description

Busy orthopedic office has a full-time opening for a Medical Records position. Primary responsibility will include mailing/faxing reports. Additional responsibilities will include identifying and sorting inside and outside medical records, and scanning these records in high volume into our electronic medical records system.

Applicant must have exceptional organizational skills, excellent computer skills and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining great attention to detail. We have 4 offices throughout Southern California, including in Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Santa Maria, and Bakersfield. Additionally, we also specialize in conservative, non-surgical treatment of orthopedic conditions, including shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and foot conditions, and in treatment of neurological conditions (specializing in TBI). Treatment options include pain management, spinal injections, and, if necessary, minimally invasive surgeries such as outpatient microdiscectomy, spinal fusion, and arthroscopic surgery.
