The Medical Records Staff plays a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate and confidential patient health information. This position ensures that all medical records are properly documented, organized, and accessible to authorized healthcare professionals to support quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves meticulous attention to detail to verify the completeness and accuracy of records, facilitating smooth communication between departments. Minimum Qualifications:
