The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience, exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

-Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

-Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

-Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.

-Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and manage executives' email inbox effectively.

-Conduct Research and compile information as needed for projects and meetings.

-Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, conferences, and meetings.

-Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

-Anticipate executives' needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.

-Collaborate with other team members to support company-wide initiatives and projects.

-Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by executives.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

-4-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

-Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

-Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

-Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
