General Summary
The Recruitment & Talent Manager will take the lead in recruiting team members across all departments and developing high-level recruitment strategies to maximize applicant volume and improve applicant quality. Additionally, this position will assist in creating training and development programs that will support an incredible company culture while ensuring all our team members have access to professional growth opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Partner with functional leaders and management to build a people strategy in support of the overall business strategy.
- Leads the full cycle recruiting process for hourly and management positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-up between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
- Design and execute recruitment and sourcing strategies to meet the hiring needs of our operations.
- Facilitate onboarding, training, education, employee communications, and culture-building initiatives.
- Maintain labor levels and headcount reporting, review on a weekly basis and report to Operations and HR Sr. Management.
- Work with management to identify and provide highly effective training and development programs that align with business strategies and promote diversity and inclusion, including developing and delivering programs in-house and engaging third party training firms.
- Partner with the management team to enhance our internal mobility strategy, including but not limited to developing and delivering career path programs and internal opportunity marketing.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying up to date on changes and making recommendations for policy and process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Position Requirements
- High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of recruiting and talent engagement experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required. Prior food or consumer goods manufacturing experience required.
- Experience using ATS's throughout recruiting lifecycles.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated knowledge state and federal regulatory requirements affecting talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently with emphasis on attention to detail.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills including maintaining confidentiality, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and an ability to use a variety of communication tools.
- Advanced organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain regular, consistent attendance & punctuality. Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays,
Location: On-site - Louisville CO
Compensation is based on level of experience, other relevant experience, and requirements of the position. The range provided serves only as a guideline and does not automatically qualify all candidates (internal or external) for the high end of the range.
