As the TRBP, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing our company-wide total rewards practices and programs, with a focus on benefits strategy, 401k administration and compensation. You will bring Total Rewards and thought leadership to assess and enhance Total Rewards offerings across the organization. As our company continues to scale and evolve, we are looking for a cross functional partner who leverages thoughtful approaches and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the VP, HR, you will play a crucial role in how we attract, engage and retain our employees. Additionally, you will be a part of a progressive HR Team focused on enabling business results and delivering exceptional employee experience.

What you'll do here:

  • Provide strategic direction for our benefits packages with a focus on delivering a competitive and compelling total reward offering, negotiating favorable terms with external partners, and staying abreast of emerging trends
  • Effectively administer employee 401k plan and all associated activities including annual audit work
  • Work in partnership with 401k record keeper to close out audit work (for previous and current year) in an efficient way to drive compliance with the plan
  • Review and assess current total rewards offering and make recommendations for improvements for total rewards strategy
  • Review total rewards (monetary rewards and non-monetary recognition) as a method to promote employee engagement and retention then deliver thoughtful and effective program rollouts to the company
  • Define the compensation strategy, develop and implement any changes, and oversee the various programs
  • Review current tools/technologies related to compensation and recommend enhancements when needed
  • Develop a data-driven approach to continuously improve compensation, benefits, and perks programs through the use of surveys, market data/analysis and external partners
  • Execute work in partnership with cross functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization with a goal of ensuring understanding and alignment of Total Rewards programs
  • In partnership with VP, HR, work with Finance teams to effectively budget and forecast for compensation, benefits and equity programs with an understanding of the financial impact of any recommendations
  • Support the company as a member of the HR Team through involvement in other areas of the People Strategy as needed


What you'll bring to the team:
  • 7+ years of compensation and benefits experience
  • Experience administering 401k plans
  • Experience working with benefits broker to assess and identify opportunities to make benefits offerings more efficient and meaningful for employees
  • Proven experience leading, implementing and scaling total rewards programs, with a focus on building for the future while addressing short-term goals
  • Effective communicator with a consultative approach and the ability to build strong cross functional relationships at all levels
  • Experience tracking, reporting and presenting on data; effectively using tools
  • Comfortable navigating and working through change in a scaling business environment
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and business insights in designing incentive programs
  • Motivated to explore new strategies and experiment with approaches
  • Desire to support a growing HR team in all areas such as Business Partnership, Employee Relations, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly accountable and takes ownership for areas of responsibility
  • Ability to be flexible, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster professional relationships with internal and external partners.

Where you'll work: This is a hybrid opportunity, Tuesday - Thursday in office.
