Job description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Compensation & Total Rewards Consultant to lead strategic compensation engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to partner with executive leadership teams, design innovative compensation programs, and help organizations align rewards strategies with business and talent objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements focused on executive compensation strategy, pay benchmarking, incentive plan design, and total rewards consulting.
  • Develop and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and HR teams on compensation strategy and governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated total rewards solutions.
  • Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and compensation best practices to provide strategic guidance.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive compensation, total rewards, or compensation consulting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive and/or broad-based compensation program design.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead projects, and drive business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation governance, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
