Team1Medical is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join their Northwest Houston team! The Medical Records Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and maintaining medical records. Medical Records Coordinator’s Responsibilities

Collect and manage patient information from physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel.
Maintain patient files and records following the established standards.
Prepare reports and summaries of patient data in the electronic medical records system.
Respond to inquiries from the medical staff regarding patient records.

Medical Records Coordinator’s Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Certified Medical Records Technician (CMRT) certification is preferred.
Preview work experience in a clinical setting is highly recommended but not required.
Essential medical terminology, coding systems, and medical records management knowledge are required.
Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills are required.

Company Culture & Perks

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The location of the building is in the Northwest Houston Region with close access to various shopping centers and restaurants to enjoy during breaks and lunchtime.
