Executive Chef

As ourExecutive Chef, your primary role will be to maintain our dishes' consistency and high standards, develop innovative culinary systems, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Uphold the integrity of our established menu while innovatively enhancing its appeal.
2. Implement systems and standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
3. Oversee and manage kitchen operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
5. Work collaboratively with the management team on cost analysis, portion control, and budgeting.
6. Contribute to the creation and execution of seasonal specials and promotional offerings.

About You

1. You have a strong background in and passion for Seafood cuisine.
2. You have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a restaurant setting.
3. You have a robust understanding of kitchen operations and health and safety regulations.
4. You are a leader who motivates and develops teams.
5. You are passionate about quality, consistency, and excellent customer service.
6. You are a creative problem-solver with the ability to maintain calm under pressure.
