Job Summary

Relentless Hospitality Collective is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to support pastry operations across multiple concepts. This position functions as a corporate pastry role, overseeing pastry development, procurement, and coordination for restaurant, catering, and culinary production.

Responsibilities
  • R&D and development of new pastry items
  • Creation and maintenance of pastry menus
  • Pastry procurement, ordering, and inventory control
  • Support restaurant pastry and sous chef operations
  • Coordinate with Operations for product delivery and execution
  • Assist with production during peak periods
Qualifications
  • 3+ years professional pastry experience
  • Experience with menu development and production planning
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Multi-unit or catering experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
