Location: Upper King Street, Charleston, SC


Compensation: $58,000 – $65,000 + 100% Paid Healthcare

We are looking for a disciplined and passionate Sous Chef to join the leadership team for our celebrated concepts. Our Concepts

We operate two distinct neighboring locations, and you will play a vital role in both:

  • An old fashioned American tavern. We serve great burgers, comfort food, light salads, classic cocktails, fine spirits, cold beer, and nice wine.
  • A laid-back experience in an old garage. Our menu focuses on fried chicken, oysters, kick ass salads, cheap beer, soft serve, rosé on tap, and tons of grower champagne.


The Impact You’ll Make

  • Command the Pass: Own the nightly expo, ensuring every plate meets our national reputation for excellence.
  • Lead by Example: Jump on the line and master the art of award-winning Charleston burgers.
  • Execute the Classics: Consistently prepare our famous fried chicken and fresh oysters.
  • Develop Talent: Act as a coach in real-time, documenting growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Partner with the Executive Chef to manage inventory, walk-in organization, and rigorous DHEC/ServSafe standards.


Who You Are

  • An Experienced Leader: You have 2–5+ years in high-volume, chef-driven kitchens, with at least 1–2 years in a management capacity.
  • Technically Sharp: You possess strong knife skills and a deep appreciation for top-tier comfort food.
  • A "Team-First" Pro: You are humble, reliable, and thrive in the heat of a busy all-day service.
  • Growth-Oriented: You are looking for a "home" where you can grow within a nationally recognized hospitality group.
