Director Of Restaurant Services

Haake Recruiting is working with a dynamic, chef-driven restaurant group to identify a Director of Restaurant Services.

This senior leader will develop and maintain service standards across multiple restaurant concepts, train managers and front-of-house teams, observe service in action, and help turn exceptional hospitality into a consistent part of every shift.

The ideal candidate is a natural teacher and proven restaurant operator who can earn the trust of experienced leaders, identify service gaps, provide practical coaching, and influence results without directly managing each location.

Qualifications

• Five or more years as a General Manager or senior front-of-house leader.
• Experience creating and implementing restaurant training programs.
• Proven success coaching and developing managers and service teams.
• Strong knowledge of elevated hospitality and front-of-house operations.
• Excellent observation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Multi-concept or fine-dining experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• $100,000$120,000 base salary.
