Summary:
Are you a seasoned Executive and Personal Assistant with a proven track record supporting C Suite executives in a fast paced environment? Do you hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Operations, Business or Human Resources? Do you have excellent time management, problem solving, and critical thinking skills? We're on the lookout for an adept Executive and Personal Assistant that has strong prioritization skills, can be thrown tasks, and get sh** done! In this role you will support our COO and VP/Owner in a variety of business and personal related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage executive calendars, appointments, and personal tasks, ensuring a balanced workload.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives, incorporating personal preferences seamlessly.
- Follow up on both professional and personal outstanding issues, demonstrating adaptability and discretion.
- Act as a point of contact for personal matters, liaising with tenants, vendors, and service providers as necessary.
- Maintain detailed issue trackers for both business and personal affairs, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Organize and maintain meticulous filing systems for corporate and personal documents, both digitally and in hard copy.
- Assist in office operations to maintain a smoothly functioning and organized environment, balancing professional and personal needs.
- Support basic HR functions such as onboarding and record-keeping, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Perform corporate and personal bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and discretion using QuickBooks.
- Foster cross-functional communication and teamwork by collaborating with department heads on various projects.
- Create a professional and welcoming atmosphere for internal teams and external partners, reflecting company values.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in executive and personal assistance, preferably in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for comprehensive bookkeeping tasks.
- Basic HR experience, including onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and other relevant software.
- Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.
