Clearance: Active Top-Secret Clearance Required

Position Description: We are seeking a skilled Tripwire Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Tripwire products, ensuring their optimal performance across various environments. This role involves collaborating with Tripwire Customer Support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and implementing best practices for Tripwire solutions. The Tripwire Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and compliance of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Tripwire Product Configuration:

 - Collaborate with Tripwire Customer Support to reconfigure and customize

·       Tripwire products.

 - Set up and configure Tripwire vCenters.

 - Configure Tripwire NetApp v9 rules and nodes.

·       Agent Configuration and Installation:

- Configure TLC Axon agents for IP60 appliances.

- Install TLC Axon agents on Windows Server Operating Systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve TE Java agents and Axon Agent connection issues.

·       Server Maintenance and Patching:

 - Perform maintenance, patching, and rebooting of Tripwire servers (appliance / or Windows) in different   

   enclaves.

 - Utilize Microsoft and commercial vendor tools for configuration and updates.

 - Utilize proprietary government tools for configuration and updates.

·       Database and System Maintenance:

 - Maintain TE database indexing.

 - Conduct periodic maintenance of the TLC database and Audit logger.

 - Set up and configure automatic database backup for TLC SQL.

·       Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

 - Monitor and fix log errors from all Tripwire servers.

 - Troubleshoot vulnerabilities and connectivity issues on Tripwire servers.

 - Conduct regular reviews of Tripwire reports and fine-tune configurations.

·       Coordination and Collaboration:

 - Coordinate with Engineering SMEs to address vulnerabilities and non-compliance issues.

 - Collaborate on ESOC management servers, TLC Axon agent installations, and server monitoring.

·       Documentation and Reviews:

  - Review and configure Tripwire vCenter reports and TE vCenter dashboard.

  - Review and configure Tripwire TLC reports.

  - Regularly review network device monitoring and related tools.

·       Infrastructure Updates:

  - Update database entries within data center information management systems for Tripwire and Thales  

     KMS servers with IP addresses.

  - Update DNS records for newly deployed Tripwire and Thales KMS servers across all networks.

·       Backup and Monitoring:

- Review scheduled backup of Tripwire VMs.

 - Monitor Tripwire services and server health regularly.
