Parts/Service Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts / Service Coordinator to support
our service and sales operations. This role is central to keeping our service department
running efficiently by handling customer inquiries, coordinating parts and service work,
and ensuring accurate data entry within our systems.
We are a distribution and repair center specializing in industrial cleaning equipment
(Hotsy), automated wash systems, water recycling systems, and chemicals.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Parts & Service Coordination
o Create and manage parts sales orders and service tickets in Odoo
o Accurately capture customer information, equipment details, and service
needs
o Coordinate with technicians and the service manager to ensure efficient
workflow
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
o Assist customers over the phone with basic troubleshooting and service
inquiries
o Help resolve service billing questions and customer concerns
Inventory & Purchasing Support
o Track inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock records
o Submit and follow up on inventory purchase orders
Sales Operations Support
o Assist the sales team in preparing equipment for pickup or delivery
o Support order assembly and coordination with the service team
o Participate in account management and customer follow-ups
Scheduling & Logistics
o Schedule service calls, deliveries, and pickups
o Coordinate timing between customers, technicians, and internal staff
Administrative & System Accuracy
o Enter and maintain accurate records in Odoo (CRM, Sales, Service,
Inventory)
o Collect payments for parts and service transactions
Requirements
Valid drivers license
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
Comfortable working in an industrial/service setting
Willingness to wear company-branded clothing and work in conditions where
you may get dirty
Preferred Experience
Experience with Odoo ERP (or similar systems)
Background in parts sales, service coordination, or mechanical equipment
Familiarity with industrial equipment or repair environments
Compensation Benefits
$20 $25 per hour (based on experience)
