As our Parts & Service Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational success while developing a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience.


What You'll Do


As the Parts & Service Manager, you will:


  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing Parts & Service team.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Parts and Service Department.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, manufacturers, and vendors.
  • Effectively manage technician scheduling and shop workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor technician performance and department metrics to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports.
  • Establish departmental goals and lead your team to meet or exceed them.
  • Ensure the department maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices within the RV and marine industries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
