Your day will hold a wide variety of tasks such as creating spare parts lists for customers, processing customer orders, and answering/routing phone calls. You'll monitor open orders and contact existing and prospective customers to communicate features, benefits, and technical aspects of our products. As an integral member of our customer support team, you'll work closely with other ABS departments such as project management, shipping & receiving, and field service to coordinate and provide the best experience for our customers.
