Job Description
Customer Service Representative
Location: Milford, MI
Temp to Hire position Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
We are looking for a customer service office team member who will be responsible for helping customers, helping with high level accounting, shipping and reporting. Excellent communication, oganization and computer skills a must.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Flawlessly provide a professional, compassionate level of customer service
- Author and disseminate outgoing communications
- Discuss invoices, receipts, and other matters accounting
- Work in various shipping portals, create shipping labels and ensure delivery
Requirements:
- High School diploma, associates preferred
- Previous office work preferred
- Quickbooks experience highly preferred
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
