Intake Specialist - Urgently Hiring

In this role, the primary responsibility involves gathering and assessing essential information from clients, conducting preliminary investigations, and ensuring that all relevant details are accurately documented for further legal analysis.

• Communicate with potential clients to gather initial information regarding their legal concerns.
• Conduct interviews to obtain detailed accounts of events and circumstances leading to potential litigation.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of the legal process and the firm's services.
• Assess the viability of potential cases based on established criteria and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to evaluate the merits and risks of potential litigation.
• Ensure clients are aware of any necessary documentation and evidence required for their case.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with employees and clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
