Trinity School is a private K-12 school for students with learning differences located in the heart of OKC, across the street from Edgemere Park, on the edge of the Paseo Arts District. Our growing school seeks a dedicated IT Director to join our team and significantly impact our students' lives. Technology is crucial in enhancing the learning experience for students who learn differently. Every student can reach their full potential with the right tools and support.

IT Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on help desk support to users as needed. (25%)
• Integrate software tools required for the school setting and oversee the smooth operation of the local network. (20%)
• Plan for the future needs of the school and review the roadmap regularly. (5%)
• Process requests for procurement, validate the prospective fit of software and hardware purchases and place hardware orders. (5%)
• Manage and track all IT assets held by the school. (20%)
• Learning and administering Apple MDM tools, Jamf, and additional device management tools, including proscribed continuing education certificate programs related to IT. (20%)
• Assist with managing security technologies in the building. (5%)

IT Manager Requirements:

• Five or more years of hands-on experience administering IT workflows in an educational setting.
• Working knowledge of physical and WiFi networking in an institutional setting.
• Experience troubleshooting Apple devices.
• Experience with Sonicwall.
• Experience working with Unifi OS.
• Experience with Google Administration.
• Experience working with Avigilon Camera Systems.
• Helpful: Some cybersecurity background.
• Helpful: Working knowledge of Jamf or similar device management solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
